It depends what you want and expect from Cloud Hosting as it can mean many different things.

What sort of application or website are you trying to host?
I collect performance data from shared web hosts and carefully analyze their services and pricing
Recommendations are geared towards consumers with relatively standard websites

I am asking about cloud hosting but specifically KnownHost's shared cloud hosting. I have seen comments on the forums indicating that is just a marketing tool with some hosting companies and not really cloud hosting. I have also seen many ask others here about their experiences with a particular hosting company. Now, if YOU don't mind, I would like to ask again if ANYONE ELSE has any experience with KnownHost's shared cloud web hosting.

Its probably more Cloud based then some of the other stuff that gets passed off as Cloud hosting.
