I have lately being compiling a list of relatively easy in terms of SEO niches that I can more than likely rank for but I am wondering how I can make money off of these. An example would be "boiler service manchester". Sure I can rank this site but how could I monetize it? The only model I know of is the rank and rent model but not sure if this really works or whether local business owners would hand over ++++++++++++++
