Yesterday, someone sent a message to me that Whatsapp group is no more limited to only 100 members but 256 members. I checked it but by that time the update haven't come to my phone.
It was later yesterday that it came and I confirmed it. I have really wondered what Whatsapp has been waiting for all this years before they increase the number like in telegram that can accommodate more members.
I think this is a welcome development and a nice move from the great billionaire owner of Whatsapp, Mark Zukarberge who also owns Facebook.
