Leading hosting provider? Stop being a joke please their customer support was non-existent not to mention the awful speeds they had. I doubt htat people will even be getting any refunds even though their servers didn't work for the past 3 weeks already if not more. And I believe there is already a thread about this or was it on their marketplace thread that I saw this.
