For once, Golden State Warrior Stephen Curry hasn’t scored, at least not when it comes to his real estate transactions. The 29-year-old star point guard closed on his five-bedroom Walnut Creek, California, home for $2.94 million, on Aug. 4, property records show, less than the $3.2 million he and his wife Ayesha paid for the place in 2015 and the $3.7 million they listed it for last year. The two-time NBA champion and MVP, spent around $400,000 on improving and upgrading the 7,520-square-foot Mediterranean-style house, according to the property’s listing. The mansion comes with hand-scraped hardwood floors, a billiards rooms, a wet bar, a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, multiple terraces and the newly renovated, marble chef’s kitchen played host to Ayesha’s Food Network series “Ayesha’s Homemade.”
