"You did really well today. I wanted to see you throw."

A man who can throw 160 kilometers, a born superstar, is just a pitcher in his second year of professional baseball.

A thrilling moment for the 20-year-old came when he received a call on his cell phone with three words: "Coach".

The difference in age between Kim Kyung-moon, born in 1958, and Kim Seo-hyun, born in 2004, is 46 years. More than a father and son. Kim Seo-hyun's hand trembles as he picks up his cell phone.

On the 5th, the 2024 Futures All-Star Game was held at SSG Landers Field in Incheon. "It's my first time coaching, and I did my best," Kim said to the press afterward. "I was embarrassed, but I did my best," Kim said.

Kim Kyung-moon shared a meal with Kim Seo-hyun shortly after his arrival, and expressed his intention to keep an eye on him even if he didn't make the first team roster.

"Honestly, I didn't expect to stay with the first team," Kim said, "I just came up for a doubleheader, and I thought I'd go back to Seosan right away... But he said, 'I want to watch you work out,' and I think it's a way of repaying the interest he showed me."

Hanwha has further strengthened its leadership around Kim Kyung-moon with the appointments of Yang Seung-kwan as assistant manager and Yang Sang-moon as pitching coach.

"I want to recover my skills, talk a lot with my new manager and coach, and show a lot of myself," Kim emphasized about the second half of the season.

She changed her pitching form back to that of her high school days. It's also a result of coach Kim Kyung-moon's advice to "throw what you're comfortable with.

"I was lost a lot, but now I've settled down again. I feel like I've found the answer," she said, emphasizing that she will walk straight from now on.
