I want to make a new try, so I want to know if someone can recommend a reliable (meaning, they pay!) content locker plateform (adworkmedia, ogads, ... ?)

Please answer only if you are using actually this service and they pay. 
I used CPALead in the past and they paid, same as CPAGrip and AdworkMedia.
OGAds definitely pays you. Can't say anything about shaving, but I guess that happens on every network. CPA Grip and CPA Lead is another two. I think @CPANathan recommends AdGateMedia, I haven't tried them myself.
