so here is a method i've been using a long time ago 
and it works everytime [free for you guys]
so here is the deal for everyone 
to get accepted in Adsense 
all you need is to have a blog (blogger)
but before submitting a request to adsense 
write 5-10 articles , they need to be unique 
and that's easy to do 
if you're niche is about "games"
go and translate that to french "jeux"

then copy any article from the results and translate it to english 
(Optional: you can verify grammatical mistakes)
then 
and this is important
in your blog you need to make 3 static pages:
1-Terms of Use
2-Privacy Policy
3-Disclaimer page
You can find some sites to generate you Privacy Policy page and Disclaimer page that will be good to Google AdSence.
or you can go to any website and take their term of use & privacy policy As a Template then write yours

after doing that you can apply for Adsense then you will 99% get accepted
