On Bluestacks, it's a bit finicky. I have to sometimes try multiple times to load in and it eventually gets in after some error 160s for some reason. If there were to be a problem and emulator services became officially barred, that would smell of Nintendo - not Cygames. As of now though, it was likely an issue with the update and not deliberate.
