You don't want to encrypt something else by mistake. Within Windows Disk Management, choose the Windows partition. Pebbly: You might be right, I had to reinstall all the drivers when I formatted the drive a year or so ago but I'm fairly sure I downloaded all the listed ones.

I am sure that the drive is bootable, it boots and works perfectly in my other computer desktop. Any ideas on why it's not booting from a Flash Drive? I have no problems with it.
