Are Adult Smartlinks legal?
Hello can’t find an answer but it’s legal to promote adult smartlinks or can I get legal troubles?
Depends on where you promote these smartlinks. This is one of my main sources of income and never had legal problems.

So basically you can spam it as much as you want on adult forums, social media etc. without being bothered. You'll get bans, but legal troubles - I highly doubt that.
When I say social medias, I mean sites like Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat. Be careful with Kik for example cuz they used to send some C&Ds in the past.

Let's say a guy has a website about lawnmowers and you keep spamming your link there over and over, this guy might get triggered AF and try to find a way to get your info and sue you for this (99,9% chance this will not happen) :D

I don't use a landing page, I post the link as it is. Snapchat will not ban you as long as you don't spam your story to all of your friends. I just post a new story every few hours on my accounts and that's it, I don't chat with my friends/followers.
