Facebook Was Asked to Stop EU to US Data Transfer 

Max Schrems, now the well-known Austrian privacy campaigner, continues to demand that three European states stop Facebook from transferring data of the EU citizens to the United States. Schrems became known when he was a student – for successfully initiating a privacy campaign and prompting the ECJ to invalidate the Safe Harbour agreement. Now he is trying to force through the consequences of that court decision.
