In corpus Christi my cousin said his house was totally submerged and he was evacuated by the emergency helicopter after sitting on the roof of his with his 2 months old twinse for almost 6 hours in the rain
I wept when he was sharing his experience.ThankGod his in a shelter now and my brother says that the water level in his building has gotten to the top of the first floor.
Hence those downstairs have moved up to join their neighbors.
My brother said they had to burst open one of his neighbors doors,and old woman will disability.
He said the water had trapped in and she cudnt call for help as the lines were jammed.
He said she's one of the nice women who takeep care of immigrants in their building and so everybody came down to help her.
But they are both fine and we are still praying for them.
