Quirimbas National Park The Quirimbas National Park is a “protected area” in Mozambique. It is also a national park as designated by IUCN which covers 1,430 square kilometers of land in Cabo Delgado Province in Quirimbas Islands, Mozambique. It is one of the places to visit in Mozambique. The World Wide Fund for Nature is responsible for conserving the park premises up until 2016. They shelter the coastal forests, the mangroves and the coral reefs within. The animals such as sea turtles, dolphins and 375 fish species which cover the endangered pipefish and seahorse are also under their protection.
