Pros

Lots of tools: When it comes to editing images, there's not much you can't do with this program. There is a nice array of editing tools that lets you adjust contrast, brightness, lighting source, and more. The long list of effects can each be applied to varying degrees according to a sliding scale, and each adjustment you make shows up almost instantly. As you're working, you can compare your photo's current state to the original at any time. And you can undo all changes and start over whenever you need to.
Direct sharing: You can share your photos straight from this app. Just choose whether you want to post to Facebook, Flickr, or Twitter, and let the software do the rest.
Cons

No drag and drop: One missing feature that would be a nice addition is a drag-and-drop option for adding photos or folders to the app. Instead, you have to go through menus and browse files from your computer to get your photos into the program.
