Exclamation VPS ColossusCloud by ServerPoint - Support Transcript
For about 2 months I am on a VPS plan with ColossusCloud by ServerPoint. Everything seemed to work pretty well until Sunday when I've noticed problems with their network speed. I opened a support ticket and bellow is the full transcript. Please let me know what are your opinions on how transparent is Serverpoint and how professional they are about the services they offer based on their replies.
