I think it is more about having your shit together so to speak. Having succesfully gone through life's struggle (id est not necessarily physical confrontation) will in fact have a great impact on the impression people get. I don't think that the eyes are the main indicator of this, but more so the impact on your overall behaviour. You will be more resolute, confident and assertive.

The look in the eyes you are talking about is only one (very important) part of the puzzle. Again- YOU ARE TALL, and have broad shoulders, you're black (and go after mostly non hardened ie white women), AND you give off the, "I DONT GIVE A FUCK" vibe, bc well... you don't. TRUST ME- if you were 5'5" and looked the same other wise, OR if you started going after mostly black women by initiating with a "stare"(not white washed black women, but HOOD BITCHES), you would get no play dude... The average joe CAN use this "hard guy vibe" BUT it can't really be faked. You have to REALLY not give a FUCK about life to successfully do this, and even then you have to find your, "sweet spot" (yours is foolish white girls who want a "dangerous" but intelligent black man)
