If you’ve got a spare $1 million or a couple hundred thousand dollars, the opportunities for the kind of cars that you can purchase open up. What horsepower would you like? A convertible or coupe? Seats that massage or a surround-sound system inside – or both? Fortunately, luxury vehicles are literally designed to cater to your ever need (and also needs you didn’t even know you needed!). If you have a few million to splash around, these cars are a reality; however, if you are an average Joe, here are five luxurious cars that will get you revved up. Happy dreaming! Bugatti Veyron Super Sports ($2.4M) The Bugatti Veyron is widely regarded as the most expensive street legal production car available on the market today. In facts, the Super Sports version of the Veyron is able to reach speeds of 430 km/h, thus making it the fastest street legal car on the planet. The Veyron clearly turns heads from just a glance, whether with its bold proportions, clear line structures, or hand-enameled authentic Bugatti emblem at the front. Maybach Landaulet ($1.38M) The Maybach Landaulet holds the special distinction of being the most expensive sedan on the market and with good reason, boasting a bi-turbo V12 engine that enables the car to go from 0 to 95 km/h in a mere 5.2 seconds! The Landaulet also screams luxury from your first glance inside, whether with its convertible roof that fully opens at the rear or the refrigerator inside. Think it’s just a sedan? We don’t think so! Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster (From $600,000) Fox Symes & Associates - Debt Consolidation Solutions According to Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann, the Lamborghini Aventador is “a unique proposition, more extreme than anything we’ve done before.” This is a high claim but the Roadster lives up to it extremely well. At 50kg heavier than the existing Aventador coupe, the Roadster packs in the same stand-out styling and 6.0-litre, 700bhp V12 along with a removable roof. Another key difference is that the Roadster’s two-piece roof is made entirely of carbon fiber making assembly and removal straightforward. Mercedes-Benz S Class 2014 (From $215,000) So how about something…a little more down to earth? The new Mercedes-Benz S Class has been touted as the most luxurious sedan ever made. The reasons are aplenty: the new model contains fourteen independently controlled heated air cushions in the backrest, 500 LEDs for lighting, a top-tier Burmester High-End 3D surround-sound system, a backseat that reclines to almost flat, and even an Active Perfuming System. Need we say more? Jaguar F-Type coupe (unknown) Jaguar Cars hasn’t done too badly, developing from a creation by motorcycle enthusiasts Sir William Lyons and William Walmsley in 1922 to being a luxury British car manufacturer today. In late November 2013, Jaguar debuted its F-Type Coupe, a new hardtop two-door said to be the “most dynamically capable, performance-focused production Jaguar ever”. If you like to let in the sun, the coupe is especially for you, with the option of a vast panoramic glass roof panel instead of a standard roof.
