I opened a ticket asked them if Debian 9 and Ubuntu 18.04 are available. They answered yes, those are available inside but it is not true. Their SolusVM doesn't have Debian 9 and Ubuntu 18.04. I was not a happy camper as this is supposed to be on a 1Gbps connection. Then, I noticed that the second IP wasn't present. I'd sent a support ticket 3 hours after ordering. With each complaint being added, wait times for replies grew longer. Finally, he says I'll get my refund after he has one of the staff contact paypal. What he neglected to read in one of my replies to my ticket was that I had already put in a refund request with paypal on day 3 of this ordeal and I had escalated it (even gave him the case ID).
