Its the same thing as that but way more worse than inside a jail...
Gulag is the place where F*I,C!A many other governmental agencies used to torture those people who are only in custody without any proof of the crime..
They would torture the people who were innocent just because they had suspicious smell of the crime.
They would torture the people in those manners where even after the release the people could not stand in his will, could not socialize with people, depression, shame.. They would torture very very worse people cannot think about anything but death.
