In the new WordPress 3.3 it has been changed the way menus are displayed, into flyout menus. Some people prefer the old layout, because you had the choice to decide which menu items you want to expand. Now this option is no longer available. There is now a plugin that keeps all the menus expanded.
	     Install Expanded Admin Menus Plugin, which will automatically expand all of the menus in your adming panel.
