Google points the finger at Samsung. Videos will play as normal. It quit working months ago, and still hasn't updated. I own 3 sony players,but only one is affected at this time.
When app is selected it doesn't start all I get is a gray screen. All mine are different models. Some guessed it is a log in problem and this seems to be the case.
