We can't have our own way, our own idea, our own understanding about the things of God in ministry. There's only one way & that's God's way. There has to be order in the house of God. We hear this so often "God spoke to me & said me this, God said it's ok" God will never mislead us if it's going to be beneficial to God then it's alright but if it's not in God's word then it's not from God. If God has to speak he'd speak through the  shepherd of the house. The shepherd of the house would see our gifts & talents, it would surface, it would be visible, our time, talent & loyalty will be seen....
