Thanks for checking out our IFTTT SEO training. Below you will find the public recipe URLs that I use in my business.
There are two sets of recipes: Video Syndication and Blog Syndication.
As the name suggests, the video syndication recipes are for auto syndicating, embedding, and backlinking YouTube videos.
The blog syndication recipes will auto syndicate your blog’s content using the RSS feed. This can actually be used to syndicate
anything that has an RSS feed. When using the IFTTT networks for this, just be sure that you’re using a plugin that adds an
attribution link to the feed items. This does two things:
• Provides proper attribution to the original content source (needed to avoid Panda)
• Builds backlinks to your content
There are a few plugins that will add the attribution link to your feed content. WordPress SEO by Yoast is one of them, although it
provides limited control over the links back to your site (and the links are nofollow).
We have developed our own RSS attribution plugin that gives much more control plus the ability to use spintax to vary the anchor
text, and we also provide a dofollow link (with the ability to change to nofollow if desired).
