And Pochettino insists that Spurs, who are likely to finish second in the Premier League for the first time, will look inwards before looking to the transfer market. As the countdown begins on leaving their famous White Hart Lane stadium, Pochettino said: “We are always thinking about how we can improve but after we finish the season it will be time to analyse, to make it better and try to change things and improve for next season. "But we are always asking questions of ourselves and trying to make better decisions and make the team stronger.
