What company would design, build and sell a phone that bends under normal wear and tear. The loaner was supposed to be 3-5 days and we are now on day 8. Save your money and don't fall for the expensive shiny pretty stuff whose updates mean you have to constantly buy buy buy something like a new headphone or power adapter just to use the product, plus with poor customer service and their unresponsiveness to complaints, slick staff that say a lot of nothing. Instead, Apple does everything possible to have users search for answers online, call Apple Support, or even worse, use a chat room. This might work for some issues, but they never work for hardware issues. Shame on you Apple for continuing to raise prices on devices such as iPhones, while continuing to under deliver on promises and now cutting on service. As a +25 year Apple fanboy, I am at the point of looking to other makers as Apple is simply more expensive but neither better nor has better service.
