I currently use fileice and am making a ton of money daily. I personally love their widgets and active community. This is by far one of the best networks I have seen.

Finding a niche:
This is the second step in your pay per download journey. There are endless possibilities, and you will need to quick one that's popular but unsaturated. For example, stay away from websites like msp generator/facebook hacker/survey bypasser as those are extremely overused and hard to rank.

Creating a website:
While I sometimes make my websites from scratch, it is very time consuming. That's why I really recommend you create a wix/blogger/weebly account. Those websites have a WYSIWYG editor that is very easy to use. If you wanna buy a domain I recommend NameCheap.

Marketing your niche:
Create a youtube video about your niche. Use a screen capture software such as camtasia/hypercam/fraps and demonstrate your niche. (make it believable) In your description of the video, explain what your video is about and be sure to use as many words pertaining to your website's niche as possible. Use sites such as enhance views for comments, likes, subs, and views. If you need to, comment on other competitors videos with your link. (make em' seem realistic).
