If i create web 2.0 website like; wordpress, blogger, tumblr, etc. and post one article in this, then how many html link can create with one article.

I have created one page on blogger then i posted one article and then i create 5 HTML link targeted to my main website, so this is the right way to create backlinks ??

5 links per post?!!! Man you are going to get yourself penalized.

Most people link just one link from each entire blog to the main site.

Ignore it. Poster is just increasing post count.

Ideally, you must use 1 anchor text within a post. 

But you can use 2 anchor text 1 for services page & another for blog pages.

Definitely just one. And use different anchor text from different web 2.0s, don't use exact match much, dilute anchor list with partial match, lsi, naked, and generic anchors.
