Go to your network settings & click the shit to connect to a new network
Click custom instead of easy
Do shit like you'd normally do to connect until it asks for MTU
Click manual
Replace 1500 with 1473
Network test will fail at 'PSN'
Wait 1-3 minutes & you're online

If it doesn't work instead of this shit try changing DNS to 8.8.4.4
that will fix it 100%
