Monastery of San Francisco, Lima
The Monastery of San Francisco, Lima is also called the Convento de San Francisco in Spanish. This complex is composed of a church and a convent and it is located in the Historic Centre of Lima, according to United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization or simply known as UNESCO. This makes the monastery part of the World Heritage Site list. The complex also has an archive, a mausoleum and it also has St. Jude Thaddeus’ silver statue.
