The Gender Discrimination in the world specifically has been in existence since ages. Initially it is not only about normal social aspects of life but also corporate work aspects of life that shows the symptoms of this type of discrimination. The prejudices have taken place due the patriatic society in the country, later on prevailing due to the desire of being superior to the opposite gender. It leads to suppress the opposite gender. Later on specifically in working conditions it leads to several activities of gender biasness and harassment. It makes working unequal on parts of opportunities and compensations.
