Chile may not be in your immediate travel list but if maybe, just maybe, you know what is there to see in this amazing country, you’d skip a few countries and put Chile on top. Well, for one, Chile is rich in natural resources like hills, mountains, and bodies of water, archipelagos, islands and parks. They too have structures that are hundreds of years old. Well, if you’re up for it, here is a Chile travel guide just in case you decide to pack up and leave for a South American holiday. Lauca National Park The Lauca National Park is being handled by the Corporación Nacional Forestal and it is one of the places to visit in Chile. It was founded in 1970 and it has an area of 1,379 square kilometers or 532 square miles. The park is located near Putre, a town in Chile and it is within the Andean range. The park has a lake and some mountains. It also contains mammals like llamas and cougars. There were also birds like giant coot and Chilean flamingo seen within the forests. There are more or less 400 species of plants within the park too.
