 9 Nov 2012 I know one person who's screen looked like this four times in less than a year. tried out the video guide above when he was replacing his Kindle's shattered screen, Have you tried replacing your Kindle's screen yourself?

 Step 1 Remove the back cover. Remove the back of the kindle. Step 2 Disconnect screen. Step 3 Remove front cover. Step 4 Remove old screen. Step 5 Remove the glue. Step 6 insert the new screen. Step 7 Put the back and front cover back in place.
