Been playing with these for a while, delicious tossed in flour and fried 'till crunchy. I think this is coralloides...it's a bit sour, grows into big coral like blocks.

interesting filter patch choice, do you run with the B filters often?
Haven't had much experience with them

Interesting growth, how it fruited all over the top.

Did you fruit them with the tops open?  Bags cut down shorter, or what?

I bet that was delicious.  I love the taste of these.  I have three bags in my fruiting chamber right now with the tops cut off.

I have been wanting to start experimenting with mycelium loafs as well. Glad someone else has thought of it. Nice work!
