  1. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  2. 1/2 cup of buttermilk
  3. Combine ingredients in an airtight container and leave at room temperature until it has thickened. This can take up to 24 hours.
  4. Put in the fridge and it will thicken even more as it chills.
