Even though we have been experiencing some slight delays processing Dogecoin payments, withdrawal requests are now back to being processed instantly. The large volume of requests leading into the holiday season resulted in the transactions being jammed on our end.
The waiting queue has been reset and any old transactions are now being processed on an hourly basis. Any further payout requests will be processed instantly.
Any pending transactions that the system was unable to process will be removed from the queue and returned to the user’s account balance. This will be available for withdrawal again via normal processing times as it will bypass the queue.
