  7. My account is in the cloud, not on prem. When I first login in via this method, I get the Lock Code prompt, as well as a Warning that my Exchange authentication failed. I can Cancel the warning, and my Favorites contacts pop up. When I then go to the Calendar menu option, I get the same authentication warning, and it doesnt show my Calendar. No issues with authentication or calendar working when using the User Credentials login on the phone, or when using the SfB Sign-in from the web interface. I am not sure I can 100% follow you. One time you say you are using the web interface to sign in and it fails and another time you state using teh SfB interface via the Web and it worls. Regarding the login method, my apologies if I mis-stated. You can log in directly on the phone with either option 1 User Credentials, or option 2 Web Sign-in directs you to a website, and uses a pairing code. Additionally, you can connect to the phone from a pc via an http interface. Only the Web Sign-in method is showing the authentication issue. I have the same problem.
