  5. O my God,
  6. I am heartily sorry for having offended You.
  7. I detest all my sins because I dread the loss of Heaven
  8. and the pains of hell.
  10. But most of all because they offend You, my God,
  11. Who are all good and deserving of all my love.
  13. I firmly resolve,
  14. with the help of Your grace to sin no more
  15. and to avoid the near occasions of sin.
