Paypal is undoubtedly one of the most widely accepted payment processor. We all need it's service as it is the most preferred choice of payment in many businesses.
Though it is available in all major countries, there are some countries where Paypal's services are unavailable and the people in those countries are unavailable to use it's benefits.
But now, I'll show you how to make a Paypal account even if it's unavailable in your country. There are many tutorials online explaining you to join Payoneer, and use fake name and address, etc. Although those methods work at first, they eventually get limited. In this post I'm going to tell you some tricks that'll ensure your Paypal doesn't get limited.
1. Avoid making US,UK,EU,etc Paypal accounts
USA, UK and other country's Paypal accounts are strictly monitored and they can easily detect if an account is suspicious or fake. When making a Paypal account, choose a country that has low profile because Paypal doesn't know the procedure of all the countries and have low requirements in some countries.
Another point to remember, many people believe that only getting a Paypal account and verifying it with a credit/debit card will solve everything and they don't need to worry about anything else. That's incorrect. In sore countries, Paypal puts some limits, like: Maximum withdraw limit, receiving limit, etc. Removing those limits requires you to provide government issued ID documents like: National ID card, Passport, Driver License, Utility Bills, Bank Statement, etc.
I'm pretty sure you won't be able to provide that unless you have access to fake documents, templates and photo editing skills.
However there are some countries that don't ask you to provide such documents. I don't really have a list of countries that don't have these requirements but I know that most low profile countries don't ask for these verifications. The country I'm using is Mauritius. When opening a Mauritius Paypal account, I only had to verify my debit card and Bank and I got myself a verified Paypal account with no limits!
2. Getting VCCs (Virtual Debit Card) and VBAs (Virtual Bank Account) to verify Paypal account.
Usually, only a credit/debit card is enough to verify a Paypal account in low profile countries. You can get a VCC in many places online. Just load it with a little money ($5 is more than enough.) and follow Paypal's instructions to get it verified. Some places to get VCC are:
Entropay
ADV Cash
Neteller
Buy on forums like: Aspkin, TheBotNet, BlackHatWorld Forums, TalkGold, etc.
VBAs are a bit hard to get. Payoneer is a good option but they're being rejected in some countries but still work in some of them. Other sources include buying on forums mentioned above or getting a debt card attached to a US bank from: NetSpend, RushCard, MangoMoney, etc (But those sites ask for SSN and only ship to US address.). You can use fake details for SSN and package forwarding service for US address,etc.
3. Be careful when using your Paypal account.
Although you've got your Paypal account successfully, you need to be very careful when using it.
Some steps to follow"
-Use only one IP when registering. (Preferably from the country used to register on Paypal and the one when registering.) Try to avoid VPNs but if you don't have an option, get a dedicated server or try to use the proxy carefully.
-Don't make fast transactions. When you receive money in your account, don't send/withdraw it immediately. Let it stay for there for some days and then make small transactions. Then eventually make bigger transactions slowly.
-Avoid receiving fraudulent payments from other people/ unverified members. You'll be in a risk to have your account limited.
4. Possible solution for limited account/ verifications.
In case your account gets limited, or you need to provide documents, there is a site called SecondEyeSolutions that proides fake documents for Paypal verification. They charge $30 per documents. You'll need at least two documents to verify your identity on Paypal so make sure you have$60 for such a case. Go to the site, make an order with the preferred document of required country and make an order.
