  1. >I refuse to visit psychiatrist or psychologist because I'm 100% sure in the future it could be used against me, whether because somebody finds it or because of some totalitarian regime about to happen. It's best if I/we stay in the shadow.
  2. Dude, you're showing signs of extremely paranoid & delusional thinking, which is another side effect of bipolar disorder. That's clearly something that will never happen. Your medical records are sealed unless you give permission of anyone else to view them.
  3. You're protected under a law called HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) that seals your medical records, even from law enforcement, like I said, unless you give specific instruction to your doctor that anyone else can see it.
  4. Your Rights Under HIPAA from the United States Health and Human Services (link anonymized because it's going to a US govt site): https://anonym.to/?https://www.hhs.gov/hipaa/for-individuals/guidance-materials-for-consumers/index.html
  5. It modernized the flow of healthcare information, stipulates how personally identifiable information maintained by the healthcare and healthcare insurance industries should be protected from fraud and theft, and addressed some limitations on healthcare insurance coverage.[3] It generally prohibits healthcare providers and healthcare businesses, called covered entities, from disclosing private information to anyone other than a patient and the patient's authorized representatives. It does not restrict patients from receiving information about themselves, prohibit them from voluntarily sharing their private health information however they choose, or – if they disclose private medical information to family members, friends, or other private individuals – legally require those non-covered people to maintain confidentiality.

  7. When you say it happens only sometimes, that's clear signs that you're going in out and of manic states. Just search YouTube for "interviews with bipolar people" or something along those lines.
  8. Read and learn about bipolar disorder and it's signs and symptoms from Bipolar disorder (The Mayo Clinic): https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/bipolar-disorder/symptoms-causes/syc-20355955 Read about it and I think it will sound a lot like what you have.
  9. If you absolutely refuse to go seek professional help, the please do the following. Read my article Supplements for Depression & Anxiety: https://bitbin.it/nezufnl3/ I would recommend you try NOW Mood Support: https://a1-supplements.com/now-mood-support

It contains 5HTP which will increase the serotonin levels in your brain, giving you a mood lift.
  28. You can look up and research all the ingredients for yourself on Examine.com
  29. Read and try that and some of the other supplements in my article. Read this excellent article from the Life Extension Foundation Depression and Depressive Disorders: https://www.lifeextension.com/protocols/emotional-health/depression and it explains the various types of treatments that are prescribed for bipolar/depressed patients. It goes over the pharmaceutical side, as well as different dietary supplements that can help.
  30. Lithium is something that is commonly prescribed for bipolar patients. You can also buy lithium in a much safer and beneficial form called [lithium orotate https://amzn.to/3oG3o61
  31. Lithium orotate is a substance that consists of lithium (an alkali metal) and orotic acid (a compound produced naturally in the body). Available in dietary supplement form, lithium orotate is touted as a natural treatment for a wide range of mental health problems.
  32. In alternative medicine, lithium orotate is sometimes promoted as an alternative to lithium, a medication prescribed to treat and prevent episodes of mania in people with bipolar disorder. Lithium is said to treat and prevent manic episodes by reducing abnormal brain activity.

  34. Second, look up some videos on YouTube on self help for cognitive behavior therapy. Try the methods they recommend and put in the work to better yourself.
  35. But, in summation, I highly recommend you reconsider your ideas not to seek professional help. There will never be a tyrannical takeover of the US. That's completely absurd and demonstrates your obvious need for your mental health.
  36. It's nothing to be ashamed of. I suffer from mental health issues and got treatment from it from professional psychiatrists and psychologists and am doing so much better.
  37. Whatever you choose to do, I wish you the best of luck. But, you do in fact have mental health issues and you need to do SOMETHING to treat them or they're just going to get worse over time.
