  17. This book helps you to learn more about yourself and the competencies you possess in many areas of life
  18. this workbook will develop key competencies in you, that not only help you stand out in the workplace but will also make you a better human being .these competencies will promote mental well-being and strengthen you to face the realities of life.

  58. Dr. REDDY’S Foundation was founded in the year 1996, by Dr. K. anji Reddy. LABS were launched in 1999 in Hyderabad with an objective of creating livelihoods. The journey of LABS program has taken many turns and reached various parts of our country.

  61. Every year we transform approximately 25000 underprivileged youth. Till data we have transformed 3, 00,807 live from different parts our country by providing technical and soft skills training.   166. How do we get into box?
  167. There are two ways to get into the box. One is when we betray (dishonor) our thought of helpfulness and the other way is though always boxes.
  168. Think of a situation where you had a thought of helping somebody, but you didn’t do it. Mention it the speed provided.

  175. If we don’t carry any justifications after not taking action on our thoughts, it is not considered as betrayal, and we don’t get into the box.

  179. When we get into a box and be there for longer time, then it becomes part of our character. These are called already always boxes. We get into these boxes when someone threatens our boxes.
  180. We typically have two kinds of already always boxes:
  181. 1. Better then box: When somebody challenges our abilities, then we get into “better than” box
  182. 2. Worse than box: when our inabilities are highlighted or reinforced by somebody, then we get into “worse than” box.
  183. Write down your red flags for following situation.
  184. 1. You think you are good at something and someone says you are not.
  185. 2. You think you are not a good at something, despite people come and say again and again that you are not good at the same.

  194. 2. How will it impact the moods/emotions of the opposite person?
  195. 3. if I discuss with my father/mother, being in the box, how would it impact my relationship with them?
