  19. At Adelaide's Rundle Mall, clients were arranging in a line that expanded more than 300 meters before 9am.
  20. One client said the lipsticks at their nearby Myer had run out inside 15 minutes of opening their entryways.
  21. "North Lakes Myer were out at an opportune time sold out inside 15mins of opening," one individual said.
  22. "NOT COOL! In under 15 mins of Mac in MYER Indooroopilly opening every one of the lipsticks gone.
  23. "Such a large number of individuals disillusioned. You ran outta stock so early!"
  24. Another client said their nearby store had only 40 lipsticks to give away.
  25. "Arranged at Erina Fair Myer soon after they opened, we were altogether sent away at 9:30 in the wake of being advised they just had 40 lipsticks to give away," the post read.

  27. In an announcement gave to news.com.au, a representative for MAC apologized to shoppers who passed up a major opportunity for a lipstick and were left frustrated.
  28. "Much obliged to you to everybody who went to M.A.C yesterday to observe National Lipstick Day and gather a free lipstick of select shades," the announcement read.
  29. "We encountered the most overpowering reaction and because of prevalent request, a large portion of our areas came up short on stock at an early stage in the day.
  30. "We gave away a large number of lipsticks over the day yet know a few purchasers have passed up a great opportunity and we are truly sorry to learn left baffled."
