  1. So, these Alt-Right/Neo-Nazi scum dox this lady, Tanya Gersh, who just volunteered to help the mother of Richard Spencer - Remember the dipshit who said "Heil Trump!"? (Video: https://youtu.be/1o6-bi3jlxk ) and wears a Pepe the frog pin on his jacket, has a Heinrich Himmler haircut, etc. So, he tried to register some 'non-profit' at his mom's house. The mom calls up local real estate agent in the town that she lives, Tanya Gersh, and asks what she can do to stop this. Tanya Gersh tells her to sell the property and donate some money to charity, because according to Spencer's mother, she doesn't hold the same political opinions as her son, and isn't a psychopathic racist and doesn't want anything to do with her son and his political ideology. Then the mother turns around and has sellers remorse and claims she was pressured to sell. So, all these other Neo-Nazi types get involved, including the guy who runs the American version of the 1930s Nazi newspaper run by Julius Streicher (hung at Nuremberg) Andrew Anglin, posted this woman, Tanya Gersh, dox online and encouraged all his white trash, basement dwelling, neckbeard, white bedsheet wearing friends to harass her daily with death threats, and all the usual bullshit you would expect from some 4chan kiddie who just got beat in a game of Call of Duty to do. Check out the hometown newspaper of Anglin's profile of him, as growing up as a pot smoking, dreadlock and JNCO jeans wearing white kid from the suburbs turned fascist propagandist. http://www.columbusalive.com/entertainment/20170208/white-nationalist-from-worthington
  2. After Trump's election, these people are emboldened by all the racist rhetoric he spewed during his campaign and finally feel like someone is representing them and their sick system of beliefs. As an example, former Imperial Wizard of the KKK, David Duke, said during Trump's campaign, that some of the rhetoric Trump was using was even far beyond what he would say! 3. So, then the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) gets involved. They sue white nationalists, Klansmen, Neo Nazis, and other hate groups, put their members in prison, shut down their headquarters, and keeps track of hate groups on their Hatewatch website. Law enforcement uses this information to help keep track of domestic terrorist groups, but unfortunately, not enough is done to put a stop to them by the FBI or other groups. They basically have turned their attention to radical Islam in the 21st century, and have forgotten the lessons learned by the Oklahoma City bombing and other horrendous crimes committed by these hate groups and domestic terrorists. And these groups are coming back in power after Trump's election. See this PBS News story titled "Why armed militia groups are surging across the nation" (10 minutes) https://youtu.be/Zsr61e1sSeY for more info.
  4. The SPLC has a long history, and here are some interviews with it's founder, Morris Dees, who explains why he started the group and one fight he had with a KKK group he had in North Carolina.

  7. So, back to the story. The SPLC is suing Andrew Anglin in Federal Court for the intimidation he brought against Tanya Gersh, including a "complaint for the invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violations of the Anti-Intimidation Act". You can read the full lawsuit here: https://www.splcenter.org/sites/default/files/whitefish_complaint_finalstamped.pdf [PDF, 63 pages, 905kb)
  8. The Anti-Intimidation Act is a law specific to Montana, where Tanya Gersh and Richard Spencer's mother live (or former lived), was originally put into law in 1996 to stop "extremists", as the law says, from putting false liens against other peoples property. A false lien was a common tactic used by white supremacists in the era before the internet, and can prevent a person from selling their home, or having to pay fines to certain groups. False liens have been labeled as "paper terrorism" by the Anti-Defamation League, and made illegal in the US. So, how this portion of the Anti-Intimidation Act will apply against internet harassment in the digital age is unknown.

  12. But, invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress is more likely to stick, since it can be shown that Andrew Anglin was the instigator of the doxxing and "call to arms" of his Nazi buddies against Tanya Gersh.
