Only trouble is how you get the DMSO out? Because that's nothing I would want to consume. But you're right, I've seen a lot of compounds that are soluble in DMSO.
This is more for a transdermal (topical) agent - you use a lot of different chemicals to make a solution that will allow the drug to permeate through the layers of skin and get into your system, IMO. As you could make a transdermal blend for any drug on the market. It might work great, but more than likely you would get less through topically than any other method except under some rare circumstances where the drug has a special affinity to pass through the human skin barrier or something.
But, it would be kind of an experimental thing. Any drug you got, you would want to make sure it's the base with no salt attached (e.g.: amphetamine base as opposed to amphetamine sulphate).
But, here is a genuine transdermal recipe if you want to try making your own. You need a medium sized empty pump bottle & all the chemicals in that list (none of them are illegal or anything - you can buy them online no problem). We originally used these for prohormones (drugs that convert to anabolic steroids) that were sold as "dietary supplements" for many years and even to this day. Because their molecular weight - around 300 is the limit where the molecule is to big to fit through the skin, prohormones were perfect for this delivery method as it's pretty close to an intramuscular injection.

Once it's made, you should an approximation of how many mg/ml the drug in the solution is. So just rub it on parts of our body that are hairless (like your biceps), let it soak in and see how you feel.
