Whether it's in our relationship, with parents, children, in our marriage, our business, employment, illness, our past that has affected us right now it had a negative impact on our future, so the plans & purposes that God set before us to us it's probably a no go area because we're occupied with our wounds, then there are others that have recovered from wounds but because they've been so badly sacred in the past they want to stay away from their purpose & the visions & dreams because it's too costly, it's too painful & would rather stay where they are because if they pursue what they need to they are going to get hurt, they've tried it before & they got hurt, they got wounded & started to bleed so they think they're better off where they are. They are not forming the principles & the perspective of anyone who's in the kingdom of God....
