  1. For the past week i have been trying a new diet eating plan, called intermittent fasting. I have lost 2 kg and 3% body fat from just this.
  2. What is Intermittent fasting you say?
  3. Well it is where you eat for a small period of time, then fast for a large amount of time. For example, You eat for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours.
  4. What will this help?
  5. Intermittent fasting helps loose fat very very fast and improves your HGH (Human Growth Hormones) and your health markers.
