For the past week i have been trying a new diet eating plan, called intermittent fasting. I have lost 2 kg and 3% body fat from just this.
What is Intermittent fasting you say?
Well it is where you eat for a small period of time, then fast for a large amount of time. For example, You eat for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours.
What will this help?
Intermittent fasting helps loose fat very very fast and improves your HGH (Human Growth Hormones) and your health markers.
