  10. Repeat the cycle of 4 exercises 3 or 4 more times, resting for about 1 minute between each one, and finish with the stretch.
  11. Stretching: from the 18 minutes of the video, the instructor teaches the series of stretches to finish the activity. The exercises consist of gentle jogging in place for 10 to 15 seconds, plus arm and leg stretching.
