Diet geisha, in addition to green tea, includes rice and milk, due to which it affects the digestive organs very gently, and being on it will not experience a constant feeling of hunger.
But, nevertheless, the diet is fairly rigid, monotonous, designed for 5 days. Under the conditions, weight loss is between 4 and 7 kilograms.
The diet menu
Breakfast : a green hour with low-fat milk in a 1: 1 ratio - 2 cups.
Lunch: boiled rice without salt - 1 plate, 250 milliliters of warm milk.
Dinner: boiled rice without salt - 1 plate, green hour with low-fat milk in a 1: 1 ratio - 1 cup.
Also during the day allowed to use 1-2 cups of green tea without milk and sugar, as well as water without gas in the required quantity.
The course can be repeated after 7-10 days.
