One of the top three tourist attractions in Algeria is the Martyrs’ Memorial. It is also a notable landmark because the whole place is a historical destination. The structure is a reminder of what happened many years ago with the Algerian War for Independence. This monument was designed by Bachir Yelles and Marian Konieczny. The construction was completed by 1982 after nine months of rigid architectural work. The unveiling of the memorial was symbolic since it was done on the 20th year of Algeria’s Independence.
