  1. Curieuse Island
  2. A small island made of granite, the Curieuse Island is just 1.13 square miles. There are many Coco de Mar Palms here blending with the bare red earth. It was named after a schooner ship which landed on it in 1768. You’ll see the Takamaka trees here as well as Porcher and Bwa Bannann. Aldabra giant tortoises also inhibit the land along with the rare Seychelles Black Parrot. The shallow waters will allow you to mingle with the many parrot fishes here. It is one of the places to visit in Seychelles.
